AMP Contractors Ltd completed the demolition of a three-bedroom cottage in Framlingham, Suffolk, preparing the site for the client’s next contractor.
Survey and ecological preparation
The works included an asbestos survey and a roof tile strip to support ecological checks for bats. No bats were found during these checks.
Demolition and recycling
We demolished the complete structure and segregated the waste into separate streams. All wood, metal, concrete and hardcore from the project were sent for recycling.
Ready for the next stage
We also removed all foundations, leaving the site ready for the client’s next contractor to begin the next phase of work.
